| Yes! Well behaved dogs and cats are always welcome in the store, on leash. Please note that we do have a shop cat on premises. |
| Do you have my food in stock? |

| We recommend giving us a quick call if you’re coming from out of town and want to be sure your pet’s food is in stock. You can also call ahead to special order something we don’t currently carry. |
| Do I need to pay to park? |

| Downtown Albany provides free 4-hour customer parking downtown, including a lot across the street from us, or street parking right outside the door. |
| Do you offer curbside or delivery? |
